Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the options shown at checkout (for example credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal — depending on your country).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number — if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please message us with your name and email address so we can look it up for you
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your destination and order size.
What is the delivery time?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive tracking details (if available). Delivery times vary by country.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. More countries will follow soon. You can see the available options at checkout.
Product Care (Candles / Wax)
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with soy or coco wax and carefully selected fragrances. Exact details can be found on each product page.
How can I get the best burn?
- For the first burn, allow the top layer to melt fully to help prevent tunneling.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm (0.2 in) before each burn.
- Do not burn for longer than a few hours at a time.
- Always place on a heat-resistant surface and keep away from drafts.
Are your fragrances safe?
We use fragrance oils intended for candle use. Always follow the safety and care instructions, and keep candles away from children and pets.
Why does my candle look slightly different (frosting / color variation)?
Natural wax and handmade products can show small variations. This is normal and purely cosmetic , it won’t affect performance.

Gifts & Gift Cards
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes 🤍 You can enter a different shipping address at checkout. If you’d like a gift note, message us your order number and the note you’d like included.
Do you offer digital/ physical gift cards?
- Yes our digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used online anytime.
- Yes, we also offer physical gift cards for a more personal gifting experience. They are shipped to you (or directly to the recipient).
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes 🤍 You can add gift wrapping at checkout (when available). Your order will be wrapped with care and ready to gift.
Can you ship my gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. If you’d like to include a gift message, add your text in the notes (or message us with your order number).
