1. Scope and Definitions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Loesieloe Collections webshop (“we”, “us”, “our”) with consumers (“you”, “your”).
1.2 Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
1.3 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if confirmed by us in writing, including by email.
1.4 The most recent version of these Terms as published on our website applies.

3. Formation of the Agreement
3.1 The webshop assortment is an invitation to place an order and does not constitute a binding offer.
3.2 By completing your order, including payment, you make an offer to purchase.
3.3 The agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch your order.
3.4 If we cannot deliver an order, for example due to stock issues or an obvious error, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amounts already paid.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment
4.1 All prices are in euros, include VAT unless stated otherwise, and exclude shipping costs.
4.2 Shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout.
4.3 We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is clearly incorrect and this was reasonably recognisable, we may cancel the agreement and refund you.
4.4 Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Mastercard, and Klarna.
4.5 Payment must be made before delivery unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 We deliver to the shipping address you provide. Please check your details carefully.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative. A delay does not automatically entitle you to compensation.
5.3 If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and seek a suitable solution.
5.4 Shipping is handled by carriers such as PostNL or DHL.
5.5 The risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address or collection point.
6. Product Information and Availability
6.1 We strive to display product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. Colours may vary due to screen settings.
6.2 Packaging and labels may change without affecting the main characteristics of the product.
6.3 Handmade products may contain small variations. This is part of the product’s character.
7. Retention of Title
7.1 Products remain our property until you have paid the full amount due.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. After registering your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
8.2 After withdrawal, we refund the purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs, if paid by you, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal.
8.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.
8.4 Items must be unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
8.5 Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived defective.
8.6 You can register your withdrawal or return by contacting us via support@loesieloe.com or the contact form on our website, including your order number.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
10.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items, sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken, and digital products or downloads once delivery has started or access has been provided, where legally applicable.
11. Complaints, Defects, and Legal Guarantee
11.1 You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract.
11.2 If a product is defective or not as described, we will offer repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.
11.3 The legal guarantee applies.
11.4 Please report complaints as soon as possible via support@loesieloe.com, including your order number and, if applicable, photos or a description.
12. Liability
12.1 We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of a product or ignoring product instructions or safety information.
12.2 Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount of your order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 In the event of force majeure, we may suspend our obligations for as long as the force majeure continues.
13.2 If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, both you and we may terminate the agreement. Amounts paid for undelivered products will be refunded.
14. Personal Data
14.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 All texts, photos, designs, product names, illustrations, and other content on the website are owned by Loesieloe Collections or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
16. Changes to These Terms
16.1 We may change these Terms. The version applicable is the one published on the website at the time you place your order.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
17.1 These Terms and agreements are governed by Dutch law.
17.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we will try to resolve it together.
17.3 If we cannot resolve the dispute together, it may be submitted to the competent court.
