Shipping Policy

At Loesieloe Collections, we pack every order with great care, attention, and love. Below you’ll find all information about shipping, delivery times, costs, and what to do if you have questions or issues.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days from Monday to Friday, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during busy periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Please note: during launches, sale periods, and holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
We ship using carriers such as PostNL or DHL.
Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
The Netherlands: usually 1–3 business days after shipping
Belgium: usually 2–4 business days after shipping
These delivery times are estimates. Loesieloe Collections is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or peak volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders from €75 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Tracking
For track & trace shipments, you will receive an email with a tracking link after dispatch.
Please note: it may take a few hours for tracking to become active after the parcel has been registered with the carrier.
Delivery and Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided by you. Please check your address details carefully before completing your order.
Loesieloe Collections is not liable for delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect address, missing house number, not collecting a parcel in time from a pickup point, or refusal of delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or because it was not collected, we can reship it after the shipping costs have been paid again.
Damaged Order
Did your order arrive damaged? We’ll take care of it.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via support@loesieloe.com and include:
your order number
clear photos of the product and packaging
a short description of the damage
We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement if possible or a refund.
Not Received or Delayed
Does the tracking show “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel? Please first check whether it was delivered to a neighbour, left at a pickup point, or if a delivery notice was left.
Still not found? Please contact us via support@loesieloe.com with your order number. We will help you and, if needed, start an investigation with the carrier.
